Features gathered skirt, zipper closure, raised waistline.  Vintage dresses are made in sizes 1,2,3 and 4.  Size 1 measures 17 inches from top of center back to hem.  Size 2 is 18 inches, size 3 is 19 inches and size 4 is 20 inches.  Custom made  dresses can be made from your vintage linens.  Inquire about price.
